With the prevailing economic hardship and human rights challenges experienced especially in Nigeria and other parts of the world, this commission is required to harness our inherent resources and help all people especially those at the margin of society attain fullness of life. The commission is to be the mainstream of social justice and accountability in public life so that fairness and human dignity can be enhanced. It duties also includes identifying issues around injustice and advocacy strategies against social structures that promote injustice and human indignity.
This Commission works in tandem with our NGO, ACAJD (Augustinian Center for Advocacy, Justice and Development) responsible for establishing several Vocational Centers for training of the indigent population of our communities in Nigeria.
